Increff Merchandising is a MUST-HAVE!

Got a great deal on my annual subscription for Increff Merchandising after chatting with their sales team! This software has seriously streamlined our inventory management and forecasting. It's so much better than the basic stuff we used to do, and I'm telling all my industry friends they need to check it out!

Good features, some setup needed

We recently implemented their Warehouse Management System (WMS). The inventory intelligence features are quite robust and have helped us get a clearer picture of stock levels. Integration with our existing systems took a bit longer than I anticipated, even with their support team. While the overall value is there, I think the onboarding process could be smoother to get new users up and running faster. It's a solid tool, just be prepared for the initial setup phase.

Easy to use, good support

So, we got their Order Management System (OMS) a few months ago, and it's been pretty smooth sailing. I was a bit worried about switching over, but the support folks were really good at walking us through everything. Orders flow through much better now, and I haven't had any major headaches. It just works, you know? Definitely made my job easier.

Our company decided to go with Increff's WMS for our main distribution center. The ordering process was handled by our procurement team, but I was involved in the implementation. The system's ability to handle multi-channel fulfillment and provide real-time inventory tracking has been a significant upgrade for us. We had a few snags during the initial data migration, which is expected with complex systems, but their support team was responsive, usually getting back to us within a few hours. The user interface for managing stock and processing orders is quite intuitive once you get used to it. It integrates well with our e-commerce platform too, which was a big plus. We're seeing better efficiency already.

We used Increff's Inventory Optimization Software. It helped with real-time inventory tracking. Setup was okay. Support was helpful. Good results overall.

Value for annual subscription

It felt like a good deal compared to paying monthly, which saved us a decent chunk of change. The platform itself is quite powerful for planning. I still feel like there's a learning curve to fully utilize all the AI-driven merchandising aspects, but for the price, it's definitely worth the investment for a growing business.

We've been using Increff for about two years now, primarily their Assortment Planning and Demand Forecasting Tool. This latest quarter's planning went as smoothly as ever. I've always appreciated the consistency of their platform; it's reliable and the forecasts have been pretty accurate, which really helps our buying decisions. I keep coming back because it just works without a fuss. It's much better than the spreadsheet juggling we used to do, and it continues to be a solid part of our operational strategy.
